The Gold Party

The concept of a gold party is relatively new, here is how it works:

Booking your gold party
    Call or email Carole anytime to schedule your gold party. Gold parties can be scheduled
    for any day of the week. Mid-morning and afternoon parties are becoming quite popular.
        Gold Party Times
        Monday thru Friday: anytime after 6:00 p.m.
        Saturday and Sunday: anytime

Send us your addresses
    Send us the names and addresses of your guests. Please email us the list at least 3 weeks
    prior to the gold party so your guests receive enough notification to be able to attend.

Track the RSVP’s
    The invite we send out asks that each guest RSVP to you. This allows you to discuss the
    party with them in further detail if they have any questions. The more people you invite the
    more money you can make. Some friends may not be able to attend but that’s ok, they
    can drop off their gold before the party and we'll weigh and test it for them.

Confirm
    Carole will call you a few days before the party to confirm the number of people that are
    expected to attend. She will also ask you if you have a table and 3 chairs where we
    can set up our equipment for testing and weighing. If you don’t have a place, don’t worry,
    we just need to know so we can bring a folding table and chairs with us.

Prepare
A day or two before the gold party pick up some snacks and beverages. See our fun page

Day of the party
    We'll arrive a half hour prior to the start of your gold party to meet with you, and determine     where you want us to set up our equipment. As your friends arrive we will meet with them
    to test and weight their gold. We meet one-on-one with each person but it is up to you how     private or public you want it to be. Most of the time the table is set up directly adjacent
    to the party because people love to watch everyone weigh their gold and get paid. Have the
    phone numbers of your friends that dropped off gold handy. Once we test and weigh it you
    are going to need to find out if they want to sell it so it gets counted toward your gold
    party.
